摘  要:以杏北油田停掺冷输试验工作的应用情况为研究重点,阐述油田集输系统现状,以及研究不加热集输边界条件、探索工作的必要性;并针对选择的8个试验队在运行过程中的各项生产数据进行跟踪分析,得到初步的停掺冷输适用条件:平均单井产液量在27m^3/d以上,平均回油温度超过30℃,含聚质量浓度低于150 mg/L,问题井数小于10口时适于进行停炉停掺冷输工艺运行。该研究为杏北油田的精细控制集输系统能耗规模,挖潜集输降掺潜力,降低油田生产能耗提供了依据。This paper focuses on the application of shut-down and blending cold transportation test in Xingbei oilfield,expounds the current situation of oil field gathering and transportation system,and the necessity of research on unheated gathering and transportation boundary conditions,and analyzes the production data of eight selected test teams in the operation process,and obtains the preliminary applicable conditions for shut-down and blending cold transportation:the average liquid production of a single well is 27 m^3/d Above,the average oil return temperature is over 30℃,the concentration of polymer is less than 150 mg/L,and the number of problem wells is less than 10,which is suitable for the operation of the cold transportation process.This study provides a basis for the fine control of energy consumption scale of gathering and transportation system in Xingbei Oilfield,tapping the potential of gathering,transportation and blending reduction,and reducing the energy consumption of oilfield production.
