摘　　要：文章对碳减排项目开发潜力进行了分析,并结合油田伴生气回收利用、CO2驱油、油田污水余热利用等实际工程项目,开展了相应的CDM项目与CCER项目研究与实施工作,讨论了碳资产管理体系建设中将涉及到的碳资产管理制度及运行机制、碳排放监测评价管理系统、碳资产市场分析等需要研究的一些内容。It is proposed to analyze the development potential of carbon emission reduction projects,carry out corresponding CDM projects and CCER projects based on the actual projects such as recovery and utilization of associated gas,CO2 flooding and waste heat utilization of oilfield sewage,and discuss the carbon asset management system and operation mechanism,carbon emission monitoring and evaluation management system,carbon asset market analysis,etc.involved in the construction of carbon asset management system which is needed to be studied.
