摘  要:某烷基苯装置扩容改造后,氢氟酸汽提塔塔釜温度低,塔顶蒸出苯(循环苯)量偏少,分析发现主要原因是再沸器循环推动力较小,循环量不足。通过对再沸器的出、入口口径和安装高度,以及再沸器液相挡板高度的整改,塔釜温度由221℃提高至226℃,塔釜氟离子质量分数由1.87 mg/kg降至0.6 mg/kg,处理量由180 t/h增至212 t/h,达到扩产18%,提高工厂经济效益约2000×10^4元/a。After the capacity expansion of an alkylbenzene unit,the temperature of the bottom of the hydrofluoric acid stripper is low,and the amount of benzene(circulating benzene)evaporated from the top of the tower is small.The main reason is that the circulation driving force of the reboiler is small and the circulation amount is insufficient.Through the rectification of the inlet and outlet diameters and installation height of the reboiler,as well as the height of the liquid phase baffle plate of the reboiler,the temperature of the tower kettle was raised from 221℃ to 226℃,the mass fraction of fluorine ion in the tower kettle was reduced from 1.87 mg/kg to 0.6 mg/kg,and the treatment capacity was increased from 180 t/h to 212 t/h,reaching an expansion of 18%,increasing the economic benefit of the plant by about 2000×10^4/a.
