摘 要:基于黑龙江省12城市2006-2017年的面板数据.应用三阶段SBM模型测算出生态效率,并运用空间自相关方法、构建传统和空间马尔科夫链概率矩阵,分析了黑龙江省生态效率的空间相关性、随时间和空间演变规律。研究发现,哈尔滨、大庆和绥化的生态效率排名一直居前.衰退型资源型城市排名垫底.存在生态效率低水平陷阱。城市间生态效率差异性较稳定,自2014年以后差异性逐步减小。12城市形成了生态效率三大梯度城市群.呈现出空间集聚特征。时空演变规律体现为:生态效率存在趋同俱乐部现象、具有路径依赖性、具有正向累积效应、难以实现跨越性改变、存在地理邻近效应和空间溢出效应。Based on the panel data of the 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province from 2007 to 2016, the three-stage SBM model was used to calculate the ecological efficiency. The spatial correlation, time and space evolution of ecological efficiencyin Heilongjiang Province are analyzed by using spatial autocorrelation method and constructing traditional as well asspatial Markov chain probability matrices. This study found that the eco-efficiency rankings of Harbin, Daqing and Suihuahave always been in the top, and the recession-type resource-based cities are at the bottom, and there are traps of loweco-efficiency. The difference in eco-efficiency between cities is relatively stable≫ and the difference has gradually decreasedsince 2014. The 12 cities have formed three gradient urban clusters with ecological efficiency≫ showing the characteristicsof spatial agglomeration. The law of space-time evolution is reflected in the fact that eco-efficiency has the same clubphenomenon? path dependence* positive cumulative effect* difficulty in achieving leap-forward change, geographicalproximity effect and spatial spillover effect.
