基于数据挖掘探索分析《外科正宗》外治方剂用药规律

摘　　要：目的探索分析《外科正宗》外治方剂用药规律,为中医外治提供临床治疗思路。方法搜集《外科正宗》中记载的中医外治方剂,选取方剂中药物组成、药物剂量完整者录入中医传承辅助系统。对外治方剂单味外用药物进行频次统计,应用关联规则数据挖掘方法分析药物组合关联规则,基于复杂系统熵聚类提取核心药物组合,基于无监督熵层次聚类获得候选新处方。结果《外科正宗》外治方剂使用药物共254味,药物出现总频次为882次。使用频次多5次的中药,共54味,频次为547次,占总频次的62.0%,轻粉、白芷、雄黄、麝香、甘草是《外科正宗》外治方剂的主要药物。应用关联规则数据挖掘方法,得到药物组合18组,其中关联系数较高的8组为:“独活—白芷”“轻粉—没药—乳香”“没药—乳香”“轻粉—乳香”“草乌一>白芷”“白芷—细辛”“血竭—轻粉”“没药—轻粉—乳香”。基于复杂系统熵聚类,得出3味药一组的核心药物组合28组。基于无监督嫡层次聚类,得到外治方剂候选新处方14首。结论通过数据挖据的初步探索,表明陈实功善用腐蚀药物外治疮疡,治疗方式灵活多样。Objective To explore and analyze the law of external treatment of Orthodox Manual o fExternal Medicine in order to provide clinical treatment ideas for external treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine. Methods The Chinese medicine external treatment prescriptions recorded in OrthodoxManual o f External Medicine were collected, and the drug composition and complete drug dosage wereselected into the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system. Frequency statistics were used forexternal treatment of single-agent topical drugs, and association rule data mining method was used toanalyze drug association rules. Core drug combinations were extracted based on complex system entropyclustering, and candidate new prescriptions were obtained based on unsupervised entropy hierarchicalclustering. Results The Orthodox Manual o f External Medicine external treatment prescription used atotal of 254 flavors of drugs, the total frequency of drugs appeared 882 times. The Chinese medicine withfrequency ^ 5 times was obtained, with a total of 54 flavors, the frequency was 547 times, accounting for62. 0% of the total frequency. Qingfen, Baizhi, Xionghuangr, Shexiang and Gancao were the main drugsof Orthodox Manual o f External Medicine external prescription. Applying association rule data mining method, 18 groups of drugs were obtained, among which 8 groups with higher correlation coefficientwere: “ Duhuo—►Baizhi” “ Qingfen—►Moyao—►Ruxiang” ‘‘ Moyao—► Ruxiang” Qingfen—>Ruxiang“ Caowu—►Baizhi”‘‘Baizhi—►Xixin ” “ Xuejie—►Qingfen ” “ Moyao—►Qingfen—►Ruxiang”. Based on complex systementropy clustering, a group of 28 core drug combinations were obtained. Based on unsupervised entropyhierarchical clustering, 14 new prescriptions for external treatment prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The preliminary exploration of data excavation indicates Chen Shigong uses the corrosivedrugs to treat sores, and the treatment methods are flexible and diverse.
