摘　　要：依据GE德士古水煤浆气化工艺的特点及要求,参考国内外标准规范,综合项目实际经验,介绍了水煤浆流量计与切断阀的选型、氧气流量测量与控制阀的选型、炉膛与炉壁温度测量仪表选型、合成气放空控制阀的选型、黑水流量测量及控制阀选型、其他相关仪表的选型和注意事项等。应从设计中不断优化仪表选型方案,为气化装置的安全稳定运行提供保障。According to the characteristics and requirements of GE Texaco coal slurry gasification process,with referring to domestic and international standard and comprehensive experience of practical projects,the type selection of coal water slurry flowmeter and shut-off valve,oxygen flowmeter and control valve type,furnace and wall temperature instrument,syngas vent control valve,black water flowmeter and control valve,and other related instruments and precautions are introduced.The instrument selection should be continuously optimized during the design to provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the gasification unit.
