摘  要:尿素合成塔中的NH3与CO2的摩尔比作为尿素装置稳定运行的重要参数,如能实现自动连续准确测定将有助于提高装置运行的平稳性,实现增产增效。分析了在尿素装置中采用连续自动测定尿素溶液氨气与CO2的摩尔比的系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理、工艺流程、系统集成、系统投用前的必要条件以及运行中常见故障的处理方法。该技术对尿素工艺的优化操作、节能降耗起到显著效果,有效提高了CO2转化率。xNH3/xCO2 in Urea synthesis reactor,as one very important parameter for the stable operation for the Urea installation,if the parameter can be tested accurately with continuous automatic measuring,it will be much helpful to improve the stability of the installation operation with improving output and efficiency.The system for continuous automatic measuring of xNH3/xCO2 of Urea solution in Urea installation is discussed.The working principle,process flow,system integration,necessary conditions before the system is put into use and the common fault handling are introduced.The technology has a significant effect on optimizing operation,energy saving and consumption reducing of the urea process.The CO2 conversion efficiency is increased sharply.
