摘  要:煤粉作为气化炉的工艺介质易对仪表和阀门造成冲刷,且煤粉成分复杂,产生的黑水、灰水腐蚀性强,易结垢,而且气化炉处于高温高压,煤粉合成气易燃易爆的特殊工况,对阀门和仪表性能提出较高要求。针对该问题,以某煤炭间接液化项目为例,探讨了干煤粉气化炉仪表及控制阀选型、调试经验,对其他干煤粉气化炉相关仪表和阀门选型具有借鉴意义。Pulverized coal,as the process medium of gasifier,is prone to scour instruments and valves.The composition of pulverized coal is complex.The black water and ash water generated are corrosive and scalable,and the gasifier is under high temperature and pressure,and the pulverized coal syngas is flammable and explosive,so higher requirements for the performance of valves and instruments is put forward.In view of the problem,taking a coal indirect liquefaction project as an example,the selection and debugging experience of instrument and control valve for dry pulverized coal gasifier are discussed,which can be used for reference for other related instruments and valve selection of dry pulverized coal gasifier.
