摘  要:钢渣是炼钢过程产生的一种废弃物,通过探究不同改性钢渣对锌离子的去除效果,比较钢渣改性前后的吸附能力,从而为钢渣利用、去除废水中锌离子等研究提供理论依据。试验结果表明,700℃时改性钢渣吸附效果最好,在25℃试验条件下改性钢渣用量为3 g/L,吸附时间为90 min,pH值为5,对浓度为30 mg/L的锌离子溶液去除率最高为96.46%。Steel slag is a kind of waste produced in steelmaking process.The effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,solution pH value and initial concentration of zinc ion on the removal efficiency of zinc ion were investigated to research the removal effect of different modified steel slag on zinc ion,and to compare the adsorption capacity of steel slag before and after modification,which provides theoretical basis for the utilization of steel slag and the removal of zinc ion in wastewater.The experimental results show that the adsorption effect of modified steel slag at 700℃is the best.Under 25℃,the amount of modified steel slag is 3 g/L,the adsorption time is 90 min,the pH value is 5,and the removal rate of zinc ion solution with 30 mg/L concentration is 96.46%.
