品管圈对母婴分离期间产妇乳房肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析实施品管圈后对母婴分离期间产妇乳房肿胀的影响。方法:本研究采用类实验的方法,前期(2017年6月至12月)母婴分离的产妇58人设为对照组,按常规护理;后期(2018年3月至8月)母婴分离的产妇共65人设为试验组;实施品管圈,评价实施品管圈后的有形成果和无形成果。结果:试验组刺激泌乳率(83.9%)、正确挤奶率(93.6%)及心理因素(96.8%)高于对照组(58.7%、81.2%、93.7%)(P<0.05~0.01);试验组产妇乳房肿胀发生率(33.9%)低于对照组84.4%(P<0.01);试验组产妇目标达标率92.2%,进步率59.9%;参与品管圈护士的责任心、活动参与度、个人潜能及品管圈应用等方面显著提升。结论:母婴分离期间实行品管圈,能有效降低乳房肿胀的发生率,提高母乳喂养成功率,提升护士的品管圈应用能力。Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle on maternal breast swelling during the mother-infant separation.Methods:Quasi experiment was used in the study.In the early stage(June to December 2017),58 parturients in the separation were set as the control group,receiving the routine nursing;in the later stage(March to August 2018),65 parturients in the separation were set as the experimental group and received the quality control circle activity.The tangible and intangible results were evaluated after the activity.Results:The stimulated lactation(83.9%),correct milking posture(93.6%)and psychological factors(96.8%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(58.7%,81.2%,93.7%)(P<0.05-0.01).The incidence of breast swelling in the experimental group(33.9%)was lower than that in the control group(84.4%)(P<0.01).The rate of reaching the target was 92.2%and the improvement rate was 59.9%in the experimental group.The nurses who participated in quality control circle were significantly improved in terms of their responsibility,activity participation,personal potential and quality circle practices.Conclusion:The quality control circle can effectively reduce the incidence of breast swelling,improve the success rate of breast-feeding and enhance the ability of nurses.
