摘　　要：中国人民大学教学科研楼及集体宿舍楼采用正置式上人屋面,面层铺彩色釉面防滑地砖。施工中采用跳仓法结合膨胀加强带改善工序衔接,优化设备基础及节点,应用revit软件深化管线排布等新技术,取得了良好的技术经济效果。Teaching and scientific research building and dormitory building of Renmin University of China adopted flat accessible roof whose surface was paved with colorful glazed anti-slip tiles.During construction,jump-bin method and expansion strengthening belt were adopted to improve the connection among construction steps and optimize equipment foundation and node,and Revit software was used to realize in-depth pipeline arrangement,obtaining favorable technical and economic effects.
