摘 要:当建筑物的刚度较大时,由基坑开挖所引发的邻近建筑物的变形主要表现为刚体转动,而建筑物的挠曲变形相对较小。当软弱土层厚度较大时,基坑开挖不但会引发浅基础建筑发生较显著的沉降,也会导致桩基础建筑物发生一定的沉降。当建筑物位于基坑的阳角区域时,应采取有效措施对围护结构刚度予以加强,并充分考虑建筑物超载对围护结构变形的影响,以尽可能地避免对邻近建筑物造成的破坏。When the stiffness of the building is large,the performance of the building affected by the excavation primarily appears as rigid body motion,but the deflection deformation of the building is relatively small.When the thickness of the soft-soil is large in site,significant settlement will be occurred on the building with shallow foundation.Moreover,the deformation of the foundation will also result in a certain degree of settlement on the building with pile foundation.When the building is located in the convex location of foundation pit,the retaining structure should be strengthened using effective measures,and the influence of overload caused by the building weight should be taken into account on the deformation of retaining structure,so as to minimize the damage to the adjacent building.
