摘 要:通过对比试验研究木节对90°纯剪、30°剪拉和150°剪压3类双剪试件齿板连接剪切强度的影响。结果表明:(1)3类试件剪切强度比值的方差和均值无统计学上的显著差异;(2)存在一个使剪切强度下降的临界木节面积1252mm^2。小于该临界面积,剪切强度均值变化幅度很小,离散性较大;反之,剪切强度均值下降、离散性较小;(3)在实际工程中,可容许规格材连接区域内有一定面积或一定尺寸的木节存在。对于3类剪切试件’当木节面积小于1252mm^2时,可忽略木节对剪切强度均值的影响;当木节面积为1252~2016 mm^2时,则需考虑木节对剪切强度的降低作用,对剪切强度均值进行折减,折减系数为0.9581。The effect of knot on shear strength of metal-plate-connected joints is investigated by compared experiments for three types of double shear specimens:90 deg pure-shear,30 deg shear-tension and 150 deg shear-compression.The results show that:(1)the differences of mean value and variance of SSR(Shear Strength Ratio)are not statistically significant among the three types of specimens;(2)there exists a critical knot area,1252 square millimetre,below which the mean value of SSR is small and its discreteness large,otherwise,the mean value of SSR is decreased and its discreteness small;(3)in practical engineering knot in joint area of dimension lumber can be permitted for the three types of shear specimens.The effect of knot on mean value of shear strength can be neglected below the knot area of 1252 square millimetre and the reducing effect to shear strength should be considered in the range of knot areas from 1252 to 2016 square millimetre,the mean value of shear strength being decreased by the reduction factor of 0.9581.
