全自动液压型四辊卷板机在化工设备制造成形工艺中的应用

摘　　要：在化工设备制造过程中,圆筒节卷曲是钢板的主要成形工艺之一。随着化工设备制造技术的发展,普通电气控制的卷板机已不能满足生产效率与制造精度要求。现对一种具有高精度、高效率、全自动控制的液压四辊卷板机进行了简要介绍。In the manufacturing process of chemical equipment, the rolling of cylinder section was one of the main forming processes of the equipment. With the development of chemical equipment manufacturing technology, the common electrical control rolling machine could not meet the requirements of production efficiency and manufacturing accuracy. A brief introduction of a hydraulic four rollers plate bending machine with high precision, high efficiency and fully automatic control was presented.
