摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与银屑病患者病情严重程度、分型、预后等相关性。方法回顾性分析148例银屑病患者中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等血液学指标,计算NLR,比较分析NLR与CRP相关性,比较不同严重程度、不同类型的银屑病患者NLR水平,并将银屑病患者分为伴有代谢综合征(MS)组和不伴有MS组,比较两组NLR水平的差异。结果银屑病患者NLR与CRP水平具有相关性,重度银屑病患者NLR水平升高,红皮病性银屑病患者的NLR显著高于其他类型银屑病。并发MS的银屑病患者NLR水平高于未并发MS的银屑病患者,差异具有统计学意义。结论NLR水平升高的银屑病患者病情更重,特别是对并发MS的银屑病患者的病情判断及预后具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the relationship between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and the severity,classification,prognosis of patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 148 patients with psoriasis were measured for their hematological parameters including neutrophil counts,lymphocyte counts,C-reactive protein(CRP),and then NLR was calculated,furtherly the correlation between NLR and CRP,and the level of NLR in different severity and types of psoriasis patients were analyzed.Finally,the patients were divided into metabolic syndrome(MS)group and without metabolic syndrome group,and the diflference in NLR between the two groups was evaluated.Results NLR was positively correlated with CRP level,which was significantly elevated in patients with severe psoriasis.NLR was higher in patients with psoriasis erythrodermia than the other types.Psoriasis patients with MS were more likely to take on an increasing NLR than patients without MS.Conclusion NLR evidently increased in patients with psoriasis.NLR can be used to reflect the severity and prognosis of paoriasis patients,especially for those with MS.
