摘  要:吉林石化苯酚丙酮装置的α-甲基苯乙烯回收单元,经脱色提纯小试技术并实现了工业化,生产的α-甲基苯乙烯产品再次出现纯度低、颜色发黄质量问题。现通过优化装置生产工艺流程,实施工艺调优操作,生产的产品纯度及色号均能满足市场需求。α-Methyl styrene recovery unit of phenol-acetone unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company has been commercialized after lab testing of decolorization and purification has been carried out.Yet it was found thatα-methyl styrene product produced was low in purity and its color was yellowish.Market requirements in terms of product purity and color number have been satisfied by optimizing the production process flow and the operation of unit.
