摘  要:采用正交试验,对比不同工艺调质处理后40Cr的综合力学性能,并结合显微组织分析机理。结果表明,40Cr最佳调质工艺为830℃亚温临界淬火、550℃回火。与常规淬火的调质热处理相比,采用亚温临界淬火后,组织更细小均匀,强度相当,塑性适当提高。本研究可为使用亚温淬火改善40Cr调质钢的塑韧性提供参考。Using orthogonal experiments,comprehensive mechanical properties of 40 Cr were compared after different quenching and tempering treatments, and the mechanism was analyzed by microstructure observation. The results show that the best quenching and tempering process of 40 Cr was subcritical quenched at 830 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃. Compared with conventional quenching,subcritical quenching could make smaller and uniformer microstructures and higher plasticity, while the strength is equivalent. The research provided reference for quenching and tempering treatment of 40 Cr with subcritical quenching.
