摘  要:针对实用、经济、高效率的矿用清淤机的需求,多目标优化难以整体优化的特点,以及输送量的要求,以多个限制条件为约束建立遗传约束模型,以刚度、转速、功率、抗扭强度及边界限制条件为给定约束建立整体目标函数。多次进行遗传算法优化,通过对每次的数据做出对比得出最优解,通过对最优解得出的模型进行有限元静力学分析,可得设计模型符合实际生产要求。In view of the demand for practical, economical and high-efficiency mine dredging machine and the difficulty of overall optimization for multi-objective optimization,a genetic constraint model was established with constraints based on multiple constraints. Conditions,stiffness limit conditions,speed limit conditions,power limit conditions,torsional strength limit conditions,and boundary limit constraints establish an overall objective function for a given constraint. The genetic algorithm was used to compare the data with each time to obtain the optimal solution. The finite element static analysis was carried out on the model that draws the conclusion of the optimal solution. Finally,the design model meets the actual production requirements.
