摘　　要：减速机是工业生产中应用较为广泛的机械设备,其运行状态对安全、效益具有重要影响。利用MATLAB软件对采集的减速机振动信号进行分析处理,通过频谱图、轴心轨迹、功率谱并结合故障分析理论得到减速机设备的状况。The reducer is a widely used mechanical equipment in industrial production,and its operating state has an important impact on safety and economy. The MATLAB software was used to analyze and process the collected vibration signal of the reducer,and the condition of the reducer equipment was obtained through the spectrum diagram,the axis trajectory,the power spectrum and the failure analysis theory.
