摘　　要：土地经营模式作为时代和制度的产物,一经形成便深刻影响着农村的生产与生活形态,也形塑着农村的治理生态。中国土地经营模式经历了从传统租佃模式到土改模式、人民公社模式、家庭联产承包模式的变迁。不同土地经营模式在孕生不同农民、农村与国家关系的同时,也催生了与之相匹配的农村治理方式。在土地延包和承包地"三权"分置制度不断完善的土地"后承包时代",多种形式适度规模经营仍然是农村土地经营的必然要求,农村治理也仍会延续国家权力逐步撤出、多元治理不断增强的态势。但国家权力撤出并非意味着国家放任农村治理发展。基于土地经营模式变迁契机,国家通过顶层设计的助推,进一步构建和完善主体多元、参与自主、内容丰富、方式民主的"共建、共治、共享"的农村治理体系与格局,是新时代推进农村治理现代化的有效路径。As a result of the era and system, the land management model has profoundly affected the rural production and living patterns, and also shaped the rural Governance patterns. China’s land management model has experienced changes from the traditional tenancy model to the land reform model, the people’s commune model, and the household contract model. Different land management models fostered a similar rural governance approach while fostering the relationship among different farmers, rural areas and the state. In the land of "post-contracting era" when its extension contract and "three rights " division system has been constantly improved, multiple forms of moderate scale management is still an inevitable requirement of rural land management, and the rural governance during this pe-riod will also continue the trend of gradual withdrawal of state power and continuous strengthening of diversified governance. However,the withdrawal of state power does not mean that the state is laissez-faire in rural governance. Based on the change of land management model, through the promotion of top-level design, the state further constructs and improves the rural governance system and pattern of "co-construction, co-governance and sharing" with multiple subjects, independent participation, rich content and mode of democracy. It is an effective path to promote the modernization of rural governance in the new era. And as the meaning of the modernization of rural gov-ernance in China in the new era, the rural revitalization strategy not only meet the requirements to the wishes of the majority of farmers to build a better life, but also is the solid basis for the country to build a modern social governance pattern. Achieve rural revitalization strategy requires state on the one hand, put the whole rural construction into its entire construction system, to make it fit into overall strategy of the national economic and social development needs, on the other hand to improve to adapt to the requirements of the farmers land management
