61例抗结核类药物不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的分析抗结核类药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点和一般规律。方法基于重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心2016年1月至2018年12月上报的国家ADR监测系统的61例ADR报告,从患者性别、年龄、药品种类及数量、累及器官与系统、ADR发生的时间、给药途径及预后等进行统计分析。结果在61例中,中老年(36至65岁,37例/61例)患者居多,其次为青年患者(21至35岁,12例/61例),20岁以下患者为少数(5例/61例)。在61例抗结核类药物的ADR报告中,皮肤过敏反应(50.82%,31例/61例)最多,其次为全身性反应(19.67%,12例/61例),第三为中枢系统反应(13.11%,8例/61例)。结论在抗结核类药品中,尤其以利福平的过敏反应为突出,应给予足够重视,加强合理用药管理,确保患者用药安全。Objective To study the characteristics and general regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR)of the anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods A total of 61 cases of ADR reports were collected,reported to the national ADR monitoring center,from January 2016 to December 2018 in Chongqing Public Health Medical Center.The data of the patient gender,age,the type and quantity of drugs,involving the organ and system,the time ADR occurred,route of administration and association analysis and prognosis of ADR were statistically analyzed.Results Among 61 cases,the most of them were elderly patients(36-60 years,37 cases/61 cases),followed by the young patients(21-35 years,12 cases/61 cases)and the patients under 20 years are the least(5 cases/61 cases).The most common clinical appearances are skin allergic reactions(50.82%,31 cases/61 cases);secondly,the systemic reactions and central nervous system response are relatively easy to occur(19.67%,12 cases/61 cases)and the third is the central system response(13.11%,8 cases/61 cases).Conclusion In the anti-tuberculosis drugs,especially the allergic reaction of rifampicin is prominent.Adequate attention should be given,and rational drug management to ensure patient medication safety should be strengthened.
