摘　　要：雌激素广泛应用于妇产科的临床。CD4^+T淋巴细胞作为重要的T细胞亚群之一,有非常重要的免疫调节作用,雌激素的免疫调节作用受到重视。本文以CD4^+T淋巴细胞雌激素受体表达为切入点,综述雌激素对CD4^+T淋巴细胞功能的调节作用,阐述其可能机制,期望以雌激素作为新的药物靶点,为防治CD4^+T淋巴细胞参与的免疫功能紊乱相关疾病提供新的思路。Estrogen is widely used in the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology.As one of the important T cell subsets,CD4^+T lymphocytes have very important immunoregulatory effects,and the immunomodulatory effects of estrogen are valued.Based on the expression of estrogen receptor in CD4^+T lymphocytes,this paper reviews the regulatory effect of estrogen on CD4^+T lymphocytes function,elaborates its possible mechanism,and expects that estrogen can be used as a new drug target to prevent and treat diseases related to immune dysfunction involving CD4^+T lymphocytes.
