摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的消化系统疾病,可伴腹痛、腹泻、便秘等症状,患病率较高,病程常迁延不愈。该病的发病机制尚不明确,但已证实可能与心理因素有关,且抗抑郁药物治疗这一推荐已被加入IBS的专家共识中。但目前抗抑郁药应用于IBS的疗效、作用机制和安全性等仍存在争议,故作一综述。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common digestive system disease,which can be accompanied by abdominal pain,diarrhea,constipation and other symptoms.The pathogenesis of IBS is not yet clear,but it has been confirmed that it might be related to psychological factors,and the recommendation of antidepressant drugs has been added to the consensus of experts on IBS.However,the efficacy,mechanism and safety of antidepressants in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome are still controversial,so a review is made.
