摘　　要：解析国家政策对城际动车组发展的助推作用,系统分析城际、线路、客流等因素,基于行业统筹发展思路,提出城际动车组顶层指标及未来发展方向。This paper analyzed the role of national policies in promoting the development of intercity EMUs,systematically analyzed intercity,line,passenger flow and other factors,and put forward the top-level indicators and future development direction of intercity EMUs based on the overall development idea of the industry.
