摘 要:性激素在骨骼生长发育及维持方面发挥重要作用.年轻成年男性比女性骨强度及骨结构更优,是雄激素充分发挥作用造成的,包括雄激素本身以及转化为雌二醇和双氢睾酮促进骨骼生长.随着年龄增长,男性出现骨量下降较女性更晚,与雌激素水平下降有关.本文将总结成年两性骨骼生长及骨量维持的差异及原因,并以病理模型作为支持,总结性激素对骨密度及骨形态影响的研究进展.Sex steroids play an important role in the growth,development,and maintenance of the bone.Sex differences are observed in bone mass growth.Bone structure and strength in young males are stronger than young females,which are results of the fully utilization of androgen containing testosterone,its aromatization and its reduction products.As male and female growing older,the reduction in bone mass of males happens later than that of females,which are result of the more moderate decrease of estrogen in males.Our review is to summarize the effects of bone metabolism differences between males and females based on several clinical pathological models and to review the latest researches in this field.
