摘 要:为研究银杏叶复方制剂对AA肉鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响,试验将150只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡。空白组和金霉素组分别在基础日粮中添加0,90 mg/kg金霉素,试验组分别在基础日粮添加0.2%、0.3%、0.4%的银杏叶复方制剂,试验期为35 d,分别在不同日龄测定各组的生长性能及成活率,测定21,35日龄的免疫器官指数和35日龄血清免疫球蛋白含量及新城疫抗体效价。结果表明:1)0.2%组与金霉素组相比能降低29~35 d肉鸡的料重比(P<0.05)。2)与空白组和金霉素组比较,添加银杏叶复方制剂对肉鸡成活率影响均不显著(P>0.05),但相对金霉素组有升高趋势。3)与空白组和金霉素组相比,添加银杏叶复方制剂组的肉鸡免疫器官指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。4)各银杏叶复方制剂组均能提高IgA含量(P>0.05);0.2%组和0.4%组能显著提高IgM含量(P<0.05);0.3%组能显著提高IgG含量(P<0.05),而0.2%组也有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。5)0.2%组能显著提高新城疫抗体效价(P<0.05)。说明日粮中添加0.2%银杏叶复方制剂有助于提高A A肉仔鸡的生长性能和免疫功能。:In order to investigate the effect of a formulation containing Ginkgo biloba leaves(GBLF)on growth performance and immune function in Arbor Acres(AA)broilers.Healthy 1-d-old broilers(n=150)were randomly allocated into 5 groups of 6 replicates each with 5 chickens per replicate.Broilers were fed a basal diet incorporated with 0 and 90 mg/kg of aureomycin served as the control and aureomycin groups,respectively.The broilers in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.2%,0.3%and 0.4%GBLF,respectively.All animals were fed for 35 d,the growth performance and survival rate of each group were measured at different ages,and the 21,35-d-old immune organ index and 35-d-old serum immunoglobulin content and Newcastle disease antibody titer were determined.The results showed as follows:1)Dietary supplementation of 0.2% GBLF reduced feed conversion ratio(FCR)between 28 d and 35 d of feeding compared with aureomycin(P<0.05).2)GBLF had no significant impact on the survival rate of broilers compared with the control and aureomycin groups(P>0.05),but the survival rate of GBLF groups was increased relative to aureomycin group.3)GBLF led to no significant differences in the investigated immune organ indexes compared with the control and aureomycin groups(P>0.05).4)GBLF at all doses increased IgA level(P>0.05);the level of IgM was significantly increased when supplemented at 0.2%and 0.4%GBLF groups(P<0.05)and GBLF increased the level of IgG in the group of 0.3%(P<0.05)and 0.2%GBLF(P>O.05).5)the supplementation of 0.2%GBLF significantly increased anti-newcastle disease virus antibody titer(P<O.05).Finally we concluded that dietary supplementation of 0.2% GBLF can improve growth performance and immune function in AA broilers.
