摘  要:试验建立了微波提取-离子色谱检测配合饲料中总磷的方法,通过微波密闭消解提取,在体积分数分别为37.5%浓硝酸和25%过氧化氢水高温高压体系中,将饲料中的总磷快速转化成磷酸根,再用离子色谱法检测,保留时间(RT)定性,峰面积定量,最后计算出饲料中总磷含量。该方法线性关系良好,R^2=0.9997。该方法检测饲料中总磷的检出限为0.001%,定量限为0.011%。该方法磷酸根离子RT的重复性相对标准偏差小于0.5%,样品浓度重复性相对标准偏差小于1.2%,可快速准确地检测配合饲料中的总磷。A method for the determination of total phosphorus in compound feeds by microwave extraction-ion chromatography was established.The total phosphorus in feed was digested into phosphate in concentrated nitric acid(37.5%,v:v)-hydrogen peroxide(25%,v:v)system under high temperature and pressure.Then the total phosphorus content in feed was determined by ion chromatography.Finally,the total phosphorus content in feed was calculated.The linear relationship of method was good,R^2=0.9997.The detection limit of total phosphorus in feed was 0.001% and the quantitative limit was 0.011%.The RSD of repeatability of phosphate ion RT is less than 0.5%,and the RSD of repeatability of sample concentration is less than 1.2%.Total phosphorus in formula feed can be detected quickly and accurately by microwave extraction-ion chromatography.
