摘　　要：研究硫酸-双氧水体系闪蚀药水在精细线路成型中的应用,结果表明:该药水不仅能提高线路的抗侧蚀能力,保持线路纵横蚀刻比在1.5以上,且能稳定控制双氧水浓度、蚀铜速率以及线路形状,适用于线上长期管控使用。This paper studies the application of flash-etching solution of sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide system in fine circuit fabrication.The results show that the solution can not only improve the side erosion capacity,insure the aspect etching ratio at above 1.5,but also maintain the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,etching rate and regular shape of circuit to suitable for online management.
