摘 要:填充词-缺位构式在语言学理论研究和实证研究中均居于核心地位,而其中介语表征并非仅仅受到结构因素的影响,因为具体构式的信息特征(话题性或焦点性)、输入频率以及输入量均参与中介语语法的构建过程。基于该理念展开的理论分析和中介语研究的结果初步表明,信息特征、构式频率和专业类型在各个水平层面上的任意组合都可能会影响中介语表现,而成人二语者对于相关构式的非确定性判断趋势仅凭领属原则等形式限制条件是不能予以充分解释的。本项研究的启示在于,更为全面的中介语研究范式必须兼顾填充词-缺位构式的形式特征和概率性特点,从演绎性的形式分析和归纳性的学习机制两方面入手,从而为中介语语法的理论构建提出更具原则性的见解并提供可行性较强的设计方案。Filler-gap constructions are the core phenomena in linguistic theories and empirical studies,and their interlanguage development is not solely constrained by structural factors.In actuality,the information properties(topical or focal),input frequency and input load are all involved in the theory construction of interlanguage grammars.On the basis of this research guideline,the present study demonstrates that the combination of any two levels of information properties,constructional frequency and(non-)major types may exert influence upon interlanguage performance,which renders invalid the Subjacency Principle as the sole explanation of Chinese L2 learners’gradient judgment of relevant English constructions.The revelation from this study is that a more comprehensive interlanguage research paradigm must incorporate both the formal features and probabilistic traits of Filler-gap constructions,with a view to combining the deductive formal analysis and inductive learning mechanisms,thereby putting forward more principled views and providing more solid and more reliable behavioral data in the construction of interlanguage theory.
