摘 要:中药材由于有效成分复杂,其质量标准建立的困难已经成为中药现代化进程的瓶颈。太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)是一种在很宽的THz频率范围内获取高信号噪声比(SNR)光谱数据的常用方法。太赫兹光谱技术结合化学计量学方法在中药材质量控制领域也有越来越多的应用。先进的数据分析方法是太赫兹光谱技术可靠应用于中药材质量控制的关键,本文综述了太赫兹光谱技术测量中药材样品的定性定量分析的各种分析方法,并讨论不同情况下数据处理的适用性和优缺点。相信通过系统地研究包括预处理、数据选择和校准等技术的光谱数据处理方法,太赫兹光谱学将会成为中药材质量分析的新的可靠的分析方法。Because of the complexity of the active ingredients, the difficulty of establishing the quality standard of Chinese medicinal materials has become the bottleneck of the modernization process of Chinese medicinal materials. THz time-domain spectroscopy(TDS) is commonly used to acquire spectral data having high signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs) over a broad range of THz frequencies. Terahertz spectroscopy combined with chemometrics has been widely used in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Advanced data processing is the key point to terahertz spectroscopy as a new reliable analytical technique in quality control of Chinese medical materials. In this paper, various data processing methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chinese medical materials samples by terahertz spectroscopy are reviewed, and the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of different methods are discussed. We firmly believe that the systematic research on the data processing methods including preprocecing, data selection and calibration methods will prompt THz-TDs to be a new, reliable, analytical spectroscopic technique method for the quality analysis of Chinese medical materials.
