四种不同方药对慢性应激大鼠炎症因子和神经内分泌激素水平的影响  

Effects of Four Different Prescriptions on Levels of Inflammatory Factors and Neuroendocrine Hormones in Chronic Stress Rats

摘　　要：目的:从炎症因子和神经内分泌激素水平观察调肝、健脾、温肾方对慢性应激大鼠的治疗效应。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、右归丸组、四逆散组、四君子组、柴芍六君子组,每组6只。建立慢性心理应激动物模型,观察血清CORT、ATCH、DA、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果:造模42 d后,与空白组比较,模型组血清CORT、DA、IL-1β水平升高(P<0.05)、IL-6降低(P<0.05);而ATCH、TNF-α水平升高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,右归丸组血清TNF-α水平下降(P<0.05);四逆散组血清CORT水平降低、IL-6升高(P<0.05);四君子组血清CORT、IL-1β水平下调(P<0.05);柴芍六君子血清CORT、DA、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:(1)慢性应激可以影响大鼠血清炎症因子和神经内分泌激素水平。(2)调肝、健脾、温肾方可调节慢性应激大鼠的炎症因子和神经内分泌激素水平,以调肝健脾治疗较为显著。Objective: From inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine hormone levels to study the effect of liver-regulating,kidney-warming and spleen-invigorating recipes on rat model induced by chronic stress. Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Yougui Pills group,Sini Powder group,Sijunzi Decoction group and Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction group with 6 rats in each group. The model of chronic psychological stress was established. Their concentrations of CORT,ATCH,DA,IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in plasma were measured after 42 days.Rusults:Compared with the control group,the levels of CORT,DA and IL-1β in plasma on model group were increased. On the contrary,that of IL-6 was decreased.Compared with model group, the level of TNF-α in plasma was reduced on Yougui Pills group(P<0.05). Sini Powder declinced the level of CORT and improved that of IL-6(P<0.05)in plasma. Sijunzi Decoction lowered the levels of CORT and IL-1β in plasma.Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction descended the levels of CORT,DA and TNF-α in plasma. Conclusion:(1)Liver-regulating,kidney-warming and spleen-invigorating recipes influenced the levels of Inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine hormone on rat model induced by chronic stress.(2)Liver-regulating,kidney-warming and spleen-invigorating recipes regulatedthe level of inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine hormone on rat model induced by chronic stress. Both of liver-regulating and spleen-invigorating(Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction)showed better effect than any other treatment.
