摘  要:目的:观察健脾化痰祛瘀方对脾虚痰浊动脉粥样硬化(AS)巴马猪小肠线粒体呼吸链复合物及ATP活性的影响。方法:9只健康半岁雄性广西巴马小型猪,随机分为正常对照组、脾虚痰浊AS组和中药治疗组,每组3只。采用比色法观察各组猪小肠组织线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ的活性改变情况并测定ATP合成酶数量。结果:与正常对照组相比,脾虚痰浊AS组猪小肠组织线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ活性均明显下降,ATP合成酶减少(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。与脾虚痰浊AS组相比,健脾化痰祛瘀方组猪小肠组织线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ活性均明显回升,ATP合成酶增加(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:健脾化痰祛瘀方可以改善脾虚痰浊AS巴马猪小肠组织线粒体呼吸链复合物活性下降情况,增加ATP合成酶数量。Objective:To observe the effect of Invigorating Spleen and Removing Phlegm And Eliminating Blood Stasis Recipe on the changes of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex and ATP activity in small intestine of bama pig with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbid. Methods: Nine healthy half-year-old Guangxi Bama mini male pigs were randomly divided into normal control group,AS with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbid group,TCM group,three in each group. The changes of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were observed by colorimetry. ATP synthetase count was determined.Results: Compared with the normal control group, the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ in the small intestine of the AS with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbid group were significantly decreased(P<0.05) and ATP synthase decreased, which was statistically significant.Compared with the AS with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbid group, the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ in the small intestine of TCM group were significantly increased(P<0.05) and ATP synthase increased, which was statistically significant. Conclusion:The Invigorating Spleen and Removing Phlegm and Eliminating Blood Stasis Recipe can improve the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex in the small intestine of AS with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbid groupand it also can increase the number of ATP synthetases.
