摘　　要：中西医结合在治疗高血压病中的应用日益广泛。西医中将静息状态下,动脉收缩压和舒张压高于140/90 mmHg的定义为高血压,而中医则认为高血压的产生是因为患者饮食失调、情志失衡、生活缺乏规律等导致的机体五脏不足、气血虚损、阴阳不平衡等病症。通过回顾分析近年来中西医结合治疗高血压病的临床研究,归纳了中西医治疗高血压病的相关机制。中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压、肾性高血压、H型高血压、原发性高血压肾病均取得了显著的效果,弥补了单纯西药或中药治疗高血压的不足。同时,对目前临床上单味中药联合西药及复方中药制剂联合西药治疗高血压病的效果进行了评估,发现中西医联合治疗从多靶点、多方面共同起效,发挥降血压作用。对高血压病的中西医研究进展进行了综述,希望为推广中西医结合治疗高血压病提供参考。The combination of Chinese and western medicine has been widely used in the treatment of hypertension. In western medicine, the hypertension is defined as the arterial systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure higher than 140/90 mmHg. While, in traditional Chinese medicine, hypertension is thought to be caused by patients’ eating disorders, emotional imbalance, lack of regularity in life and other diseases, which could lead to the deficiency of five internal organs, the poor blood and the imbalance of Yin and Yang. This studyreviewed the clinical studies of the treatment of hypertension by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years. It alsosummarized the related mechanisms of the treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese and western medicine. The treatments of refractory hypertension, renal hypertension, H-type hypertension and primary hypertension nephropathy by traditional Chinese and western medicine which have achieved remarkable results, making up for the lack of treating hypertension with western medicine alone or single traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the effect of single Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and compound Chinese medicine preparation combined with western medicine for treating hypertension has been evaluated. This study summarized the research development of traditional Chinese and western medicine on hypertension,providing the reference for the promotion of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hypertension.
