补肾活血汤辅助T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折对骨密度及康复速度影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血汤辅助T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折对骨密度及康复速度影响,为桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取诊治的桡骨远端骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组40例,两组均进行T型钢板内固定手术治疗,研究组术后同时给与补肾活血汤口服,连续服用3个疗程(3个月),观察患者腕关节消肿时间、骨折愈合时间,静息和活动时手术部位疼痛程度(VAS),桡骨部位骨密度,评估术后3个月时腕关节功能。结果:研究组患者术后腕关节消肿时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后14 d、1个月、3个月时静息和活动时VAS评分研究组低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前后不同时点时静息和活动时VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月和6个月时骨密度研究组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前后不同时点桡骨骨密度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时腕关节功能优良率研究组为95.00%,高于对照组80.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤辅助T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折有助于缓解术后疼痛程度及快速消肿,增强骨密度,缩短康复时间,促进腕关节功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of bone mineral density and recover speed of Bushen Huoxue Decoction assisting T plate internal fixation for treatment in patients with distal fracture of radius and provide the basis for clinic treatment of patients with distal fracture of radius. Methods:We selected 80 cases with distal fracture of radius. The patients were randomly divided into control group(42 cases) and observation group(42 cases). All the patients underwent T plate internal fixation for treatment. The observation group was postoperatively given oral Bushen Huoxue Decoction and the treatment course was 3 months. We observed swelling subsided time, fracture healing time, surgical site pain(VAS) at rest and activity and bone mineral density,wrist joint function recovery in 3 months after surgery. Results: Swelling subsided time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Surgical site pain(VAS) at rest and activity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on 14 d, 1 and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05). The difference between different time points before and after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05). Bone mineral density of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group in 3 and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05). The difference between different time points before and after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent rate of wrist joint function recovery was 95.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction assisting T plate internal fixation for treatment in patients with distal fracture of radius provides the basis for clinic treatment of patients with distal fracture of radius and it can help to relieve postoperative pain and reduce swelling rapidly,increase bone mineral density, shorten recovery time and promote recovery of wrist f
