摘  要:直流故障限流器可有效限制直流输配电系统中短路故障电流,进而有助于提高系统的安全性。首先介绍了几种不同类型的直流故障限流器,并对其中典型直流故障限流器的拓扑结构与工作原理进行了分析。进一步,重点对磁通补偿型超导直流限流器、桥式固态直流限流器以及电容型直流固态限流器的工作特性进行了研究。在建立等效电路与应力分析的基础上,利用PLECS对上述几种直流限流器的运行特性进行了仿真验证,考察不同限流参数及拓扑结构改进前后的限流效果,对其中的优缺点进行了总结,并根据仿真结果对不同直流故障限流器的特性进行了综合对比。DC fault current limiter can effectively limit the short circuit fault current in DC transmission and distribution system and improve security of DC system. This paper presents several types of DC fault current limiters(FCLs), and analyzes the topology and working principle of typical DC FCLs, focusing on the working characteristics of flux-compensated superconducting, bridge-type solid-state and capacitive solid-state DC FCLs. Based on established equivalent circuits and stress analysis, the operation characteristics of above DC FCLs are studied and verified with simulation. Meanwhile, the current limiting effects and topologies before and after improvement of different current limiting parameters are investigated, and the advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Meanwhile, the characteristics of different DC FCLs are compared accordingly.
