摘 要:针对基于固态逆变器供电的低压舰船直流电力系统电网侧故障时先耐受短路电流的冲击再进行分断的需求,阐述了一种联合型快速直流断路器方案。开展了强迫转移电路的参数设计、转移电容充电电路的设计以及对自然换流过程的分析;为保证断路器分断短路电流的可靠性,通过试验获取了快速晶闸管的临界关断条件;研制了700V/1500A断路器样机并进行了短路分断试验,试验结果表明该断路器可在2 ms内分断20 kA的故障电流,验证了所作分析的正确性、所提方案的可行性。For the demand of breaking short circuit fault in power grid side of low-voltage ship DC power system based on power supply of solid-state inverter, a fast DC circuit breaker of ZVS-ZCS is proposed. Design of forced transfer circuit parameter, and transfer capacitance charging circuit and analysis of natural commutation process are carried out. In order to ensure reliability of the circuit breaker in breaking short circuit current, the critical turn-off conditions for fast thyristors is tested. A prototype of 700 V/1500 A circuit breaker is developed and its short-circuit breaking test is carried out. Test results demonstrate that the circuit breaker could break 20 kA fault current within 2 ms, verifying correctness of the analysis and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
