摘  要:打破微网常规运营模式,在微网电源配置时考虑微网向主网提供旋转备用辅助服务,可充分利用微网资源,提升微网的经济性。在分析微网源荷特性的基础上,提出充分利用柔性负荷调节特性提高微网的旋转备用服务能力,优化微网运行策略。构建了考虑旋转备用服务的微网成本模型和收益模型,基于微网安全运行约束,提出了以净利润最大为目标的微网电源优化配置及求解方法,并通过算例验证了配置方法的可行性。微网提供旋转备用辅助服务对改善微网经济性具有一定的工程意义。Breaking the conventional operation mode of microgrid, considering microgrid to provide auxiliary spinning reserve service to main network when configuring the power source of microgrid, the resources of microgrid can be fully utilized and economy of microgrid can be improved. Based on analysis of the source-load characteristics of microgrid, this paper proposes to make full use of the flexible load regulation characteristics to improve the spinning reserve capability of microgrid and optimize the operation strategy of microgrid. A cost model and a revenue model of microgrid considering spinning reserve service are constructed. Based on the constraints of safe operation of microgrid, an optimal configuration and solution method of microgrid power with the goal of maximum net profit are proposed, and feasibility of the configuration method is verified with examples. Microgrid providing spinning reserve services has certain engineering significance for improving economy of microgrid.
