康复群组训练对精神分裂症患者自我效能感及健康信念的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察康复群组训练对长期住院精神分裂症患者自我效能感及健康信念的影响.方法 将35例精神分裂症患者采用康复群组模式进行康复教育与训练,为期5周,采用自我效能感(GSES)量表及健康信念调查表对患者进行评估.结果 康复群组训练干预前后患者的自我效能感与健康信念比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康复群组训练能较好改善长期住院精神分裂症患者的自我效能感及健康信念,在精神科临床有较好的应用前景.Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation group training on self-efficacy and health belief of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods The rehabilitation education and training were carried out in 35 schizophrenic patients with rehabilitation group model.The patients were assessed with self-efficacy(GSES)scale and health belief questionnaire for 5 weeks.Results There was a significant difference between self-efficacy and health belief before and after rehabilitation group training(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation group training can improve the self-efficacy and health belief of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia.It has a good application prospect in the clinical practice of psychiatry.
