膝关节镜下中心成形联合边缘稳定术治疗外侧盘状半月板损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察膝关节镜下中心成形联合边缘稳定术对外侧盘状半月板损伤的疗效.方法 选择2015年1月至2017年2月外侧盘状半月板损伤患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各100例.观察组实施膝关节镜下半月板中心成形联合边缘稳定术,对照组行常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、关节感染发生情况、半月板稳定性评分和住院时间.结果 观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(81.00%) (P<0.05).观察组半月板稳定性评分(8.01±1.25)分高于对照组(5.01±1.27)、住院时间(20.45±2.01)d短于对照组(30.11±2.47) ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组关节感染发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 通过对外侧盘状半月板损伤患者实施膝关节镜下半月板中心成形联合边缘稳定术,效果显著,值得临床推广.Objective To observe the effect of knee arthroplasty combined with edge stabilization on lateral discoid meniscus injury.Methods A total of 200 patients with lateral discoid meniscus injury from January 2,2015 to February 10,2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each Group.The observation group underwent knee arthroscopic central augmentation combined with marginal stabilization.The control group received routine treatment.The treatment effect,joint infection,meniscus stability score and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(81.00%)(P<0.05).The meniscus stability score(8.01±1.25)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(5.01±1.27),and the hospitalization time(20.45±2.01)were shorter than the control group(30.11±2.47).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of joint infection between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The knee arthroscopic centering combined with edge stabilization is performed on patients with lateral discoid meniscus injury.The effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
