二联药物方案治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察二联药物方案治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良的近期疗效、复发率和不良反应.方法 围绝经期功能性消化不良患者116例,随机分为对照组(n=59)与观察组(n=57),对照组给予逍遥散治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用替勃龙片(利维爱),总疗程均为4周.治疗结束后观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应,6个月后观察两组患者的复发情况.结果 观察组治愈、显效、有效率分别为36.8%、38.6%和15.8%,对照组分别为13.6%、35.6%和30.5%,观察组临床疗效更好(Z=-3.364,P=0.001);观察组不良反应发生率为3.5%,对照组为18.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.674,P=0.010);随访6个月观察组复发率7.7%,对照组36.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.979,P=0.001).结论 二联药物方案在围绝经期功能性消化不良患者中应用可以改善患者临床症状,不良反应发生率和复发率均较低,值得推广.Objective To explore the effect of dual drug regimen on the short-term efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions in perimenopause functional dyspepsia.Methods The 116 perimenopausal patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into control group(n=59)and experimental group(n=57)according to the time of consultation.Control group was given Xiaoyao pill,experimental group was treated with Livial and Xiaoyao pill.The courses of treatment were 4 weeks for both two groups.After the treatment,the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the relapse of the two groups was observed after 6 months.Results Rate of cured,effective and effective in experimental group were 36.8%,38.6%and 15.8%,respectively,and control group were 13.6%,35.6%and 30.5%,respectively,the experimental group had better clinical efficacy(Z=-3.364,P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.5%in experimental group,control group was 18.6%,which had a statistically significant(χ2=6.674,P=6.674).Recurrence rate in experimental group was 7.7%,the control group was 36.2%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.979,P=11.979).Conclusions The dual drug regimen on the perimenopause functional dyspepsia can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,which is worth promoting.
