针灸联合卡马西平对癌症相关神经病理性疼痛的疗效评测

摘　　要：目的 分析针灸联合卡马西平治疗癌症相关性神经病理性疼痛(NP)的疗效.方法 选取2015年1月至2018年6月NP患者63例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在卡马西平基础上加用针灸治疗,对照组仅给予卡马西平药物治疗,采用ID pain量表动态评估两组患者神经病理性疼痛变化,并分别于第1、14、28天检测两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.结果 观察组患者第28天时神经病理性疼痛改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组TNF-α下降水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针灸联合卡马西平较单纯药物治疗可以提高癌性相关神经病理性疼痛的疗效,且TNF-α可以作为神经病理性疼痛的客观评价指标.Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture treatment on cancer-related neuropathic pain.Methods Sixty-three patients with NP who were treated in our department from January 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into acupuncture and medication group and the control group.Acupuncture was added to the carbamazepine in the combination of acupuncture and medicine group.The control group was only given carbamazepine,the pain variation was dynamically evaluated by ID pain scale.The serum TNF-αlevels of the two groups were measured on D1,D14 and D28 respectively.Results The neuropathic pain improvement was better in the D28 days than the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The TNF-αlevels in the acupuncture and medicine group were better than the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine can improve the curative effect of cancer-related neuropathic pain,and TNF-α can be used as an objective evaluation index for neuropathic pain.
