摘　　要：本次调研旨在全面了解国内重点高校图书馆知识产权信息服务工作的开展情况,加快落实知识产权相关工作的详细规划和具体措施。针对首批高校国家知识产权信息服务中心成员馆,及首届高校知识产权信息服务中心联盟成员馆的知识产权服务情况,进行了网络、电话、文献等多种形式相结合的调研;结果显示,目前高校图书馆的知识产权服务主要集中在开展培训、专利检索查新、专利分析报告等方面,少部分高校图书馆开始与校内科研部门合作,结合课题开展专利分析服务;指出基于目前的发展现状,知识产权信息服务工作的开展应以科技查新和学科服务为切入点,逐渐增加服务项目,拓展服务深度。This survey is aimed to comprehensively understand the development of IPR(Intellectual Property Right)information services in key university libraries in China and accelerate the implementation of detailed plans and concrete measures of IPR related work. This paper carries on a survey on IPR services of the first batch member libraries of National IPR Information Service Center and first alliance member libraries of University IPR Information Service Center with a combination of multiple forms including Internet,telephone,and literature,etc.,the results of which show that the IPR services of university libraries are mainly focused on training,patent novelty retrieval,and patent analysis report,etc.,and a small number of university libraries begin to cooperate with the university research departments to carry out patent analysis service in combination with the subjects,and points out that based on the current development situation,the implementation of IPR information services should take the sci-tech novelty retrieval and subject service as the entry point,and increase service item and expand service depth step by step.
