摘　　要：目的:探讨皮桥悬吊整复术对环状混合痔术后肛门外观的影响。方法:将80例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组行外切内扎联合皮桥悬吊整复术,对照组行外切内扎术,观察两组患者术后第3天肛缘水肿情况和肛门疼痛情况。对比术后1个月肛门皮赘残留情况及患者对肛门外观的满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的肛缘水肿及肛门疼痛程度轻,皮赘残留少,患者对肛门外观的满意度高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮桥悬吊整复术可以使环状混合痔术后肛门外观更平整,患者满意度较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of postoperative anal appearance of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated by skin bridge suspension and plasty.Methods:A total of 80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into the treatment group(40 patients),where they underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy with skin bridge suspension and plasty,or the control group(40 patients),where they underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy only.The symptoms of anal margin edema and pain on the postoperative third day,residual anal skin tag after 1 month,and the satisfaction rate of anal appearance after 1 month were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the edema,pain,and residual anal skin tag scores were lower,and the satisfaction rate was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skin bridge suspension and plasty can improve the postoperative anal appearance of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
