摘  要:通过对我国南方地区患疑似浆膜炎的病鸭进行细菌分离纯化,对所得菌株革兰氏染色镜检,PCR鉴定及序列分析,最终分离到120株鸭疫里氏杆菌,并对菌株进行耐药检测。发现菌株对丁胺卡那、卡那霉素、链霉素、四环素、罗红霉素、红霉素、阿莫西林、青霉素、氨苄西林和环丙沙星有很强的耐药性,同时对头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、多西环素、左氟氧沙星和氟苯尼考呈现出较强的敏感性。通过对氨基糖苷类耐药基因的检测,发现在氨基糖苷类耐药菌株中存在大量的耐氨基糖苷类耐药基因。120 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from the diseased ducks in south China,and were verified by Gram Staining,PCR and sequence analysis.The antimicrobial susceptibility of these strains was examined.The strains were found to be highly resistant to gentamicin,amikacin,kanamycin,streptomycin,tetracycline,roxithromycin,erythromycin,amoxicillin,penicillin,ampicillin,and ciprofloxacin,and to be strongly sensitive to ceftriaxone,cefepime,doxycycline,levofloxacin and florfenicol.In the aminoglycoside-resistant strains,a large number of aminoglycoside-resistant genes were detected by PCR.
