摘 要:针对目前发电机定子空心铜线圈存在的腐蚀问题,介绍了定冷水水质控制的重要性以及定子铜线圈腐蚀的主要影响因素,介绍了当前定冷水的几种主要处理方法及智能配水法,并对每种方法进行评价。发电机定冷水系统在运行中应维持定冷水pH长期合格及氧含量长期稳定,控制二氧化碳浓度小于1.5×10^-5 mol/L。定冷水智能配水法的应用效果是水质好,运行成本低,长期运行稳定可靠,保证了水质始终保持在最佳防腐蚀范围内。In view of the corrosion problem existing in generator stator hollow copper coil,the importance of controling the cold water quality and the main influencing factors of the stator copper coil corrosion are introduced,several main treatment methods and intelligent water distribution methods for the current generator stator cooling water are discribed,and each method is evaluated.In the operation of generator stator cooling water system,the pH and oxygen content of the cooling water should be stable for a long time,and the carbon dioxide concentration should be less than 1.5×10^-5 mol/L.The application effects of intelligent water distribution methods of generator stator cooling water are good water quality,low operating cost,stable and reliable long-term operation,and thus assuring the water quality being always within the best anti-corrosion range.
