发达地区农户经营家庭农场的意愿及影响因素:浙江实证

摘　　要：现阶段,家庭农场作为一个新型的农业经营主体得到快速发展。为了探明农户对发展家庭农场的意愿及其影响因素,文章选取浙江德清、建德等11个县市的381农户进行调研。实证结果显示,年龄、从事劳动分类、家庭主要收入来源、农业收入占家庭收入比例、种植面积和土地租金等,对农户经营家庭农场的意愿有显著影响,而性别、文化程度、是否担任社会职务和家庭人口数等要素,对农户是否经营家庭农场的意愿影响不显著。基于此,文章提出若干建议。At present, family farm has developed rapidly as a new type of agricultural business entity. In order to clarify farmers’ willingness to operate family farms and the influencing factors, this paper selects 381 representative farmers in 11 counties and cities in Zhejiang for investigation and analysis. Based on the field study and statistical analysis, it shows that age, occupation of labor, main household income source, agricultural income as a proportion of household income, planting area, land rent, etc., have significant impact on farmers’ willingness to operate family farms, whereas, factors such as gender, education level, social responsibility and family population have no significant impact. According to the empirical results, some recommendations are proposed.
