石油作业区清洁生产中能源、资源消耗优化措施——以牙哈作业区为例

摘　　要：节能减排已成为社会共同关注的一个热点,企业在生产过程中减少及降低废弃物排放的种类及数量,节约原材料和能源消耗已是急需解决的问题。本文以某石油企业为例,介绍企业在产品生产系统中,采用从原材料提炼到产品最终处置的整个生产周期过程中,最大程度地减少能源和资源消耗。企业采用了先进的设计、清洁的能源和原料、先进的工艺技术与设备、先进的能源管理等综合措施,取得以下结果 :优化了能源、资源消耗;从源头上削减了污染,提高了资源利用效率,降低了生产服务和产品过程中消耗过多的能源、资源数量,降低了污染物的产生和排放,最终达到促进作业区清洁生产的目的。Energy saving and emission reduction has become a hot topic of common concern in the world. In the production process, enterprises require to reduce and reduce the types and quantity of waste emissions, as well as to save raw materials and energy consumption, which is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes an oil enterprise as an example, from the production system of the enterprise, uses the method from raw materials extraction to final disposal of products In the whole production cycle, we should reduce the impact of consumption, adopt advanced design improvement, use clean energy and raw materials, combine advanced technology and equipment, improve management and other comprehensive utilization measures. Finally, the following results are achieved: the enterprise obtains the optimization of energy and resource consumption;as well as the reduction of pollution from the source, the improvement of resource utilization efficiency, the reduction or reduction of excessive energy and resources consumed in the production of services and products, and the reduction of pollutant generation and emission.
