摘  要:针对缓倾斜矿体露天转地下开采存在的基建时间长、开采废石多、矿体损失大、矿石贫化率高、人工矿柱成本高、生产能力低等问题,以某磷矿为工程背景,提出"地下开采露天化"的新思路,采用格宾人工矿柱房柱开采嗣后废石充填采矿法,利用Midas数值模拟软件对该露采转地采工程进行有限元分析,通过分析模型的顶板下沉量、最大主应力和最小主应力,得知该开采方式对露天边坡的稳定性影响较小,采场整体稳定性良好。格宾人工矿柱房柱开采嗣后废石充填采矿法具有节省基建投资、采充作业灵活、机械化程度高、生产能力大、人工矿柱成本低、作业安全性好、开采废石少、开采连续性强等优点,有效解决了缓倾斜矿体露天转地下开采存在的各种问题。To address the problems existing in the conversion of open-pit to underground mining of gently inclined orebody,such as long construction period,much waste rock mining,large loss of orebody,high ore dilution,high cost of artificial ore pillar and low production capacity,a new idea of " open-pit underground mining" was proposed with a phosphate rock mine as the engineering background.Using the gabion artificial room-pillar mining and stoping with subsequent waste rock backfilling and the numerical simulation software Midas,the open-pit mining engineering finite element analysis was made of the conversion of the open-pit to underground mining.By analyzing the model of roof subsidence,the maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress,it was learned that the mining method has little impact on the stability of the slope of open-pit and the overall stability of the stope is good.The gabion artificial room-pillar mining and stoping with subsequent waste rock backfilling has the advantages of capital construction investment saving,flexible mining and filling operation,high mechanization degree,large production capacity,low artificial pillar cost,good operation safety,less waste rock mining,strong mining continuity and so on.It can effectively solve all kinds of problems existed in the shift from open pit to underground mining of gently inclined orebody.
