摘 要:为了提高二水法湿法磷酸生产的经济效益,可以通过降低副产物磷石膏含磷量提高磷回收率,生产更多的磷酸产品。为此通过3因素3水平试验探究最佳湿法磷酸浸出工艺条件,并研究反应温度、硫酸用量、液固比、预处理药剂YH用量、预处理时间对磷石膏中含磷量的影响。结果表明:适当增加预处理药剂YH用量,磷石膏的含磷量由1.65%降至0.59%;增加预处理时间可以提高磷回收率,磷石膏的含磷量由最初的0.92%降至0.53%。由于预处理后磷石膏磷损失的减少,磷回收率得到了明显提高。In order to improve the economic benefit of dihydratewet phosphoric acid production,phosphorus recovery can be improved by reducing the phosphorus content of the byproduct phosphogypsum,and more phosphoric acid products can be produced.Three-factor and three-level experiments were carried out to explore the relative optimum leaching conditions of wet-process phosphoric acid,and the effects of reaction temperature,dosage of sulfuric acid,liquid-solid ratio,dosage of pretreatment agent YH and pretreatment time on phosphorus content in phosphogypsum were studied.The results showed that the phosphorus content inphosphogypsum decreases from 1.65%to 0.59% by increasing the dosage of pretreatment reagent YH appropriately.Increasing the pretreatment time can improve the phosphorus recovery,and the phosphorus content of phosphogypsum decreases from 0.92%to 0.53%.After pretreatment,the phosphorus loss in phosphogypsum is reduced and the phosphorus recovery rate of phosphorus is improved obviously.
