摘　　要：目的调查研究冠状动脉粥样硬化患者的血脂基线水平状况。方法回顾性选取2012年5月至2014年7月就诊于宣武医院心脏科行冠状动脉造影的患者为研究对象,冠状动脉造影显示有粥样硬化斑块或者狭窄的患者为病例组,冠状动脉造影正常者为对照组。记录所有研究对象的血脂基线水平[包括低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)]以及记录其他心血管危险因素,比较两组之间的差异,并分析与欧美白种人之间的差异。结果①总共选取566例患者,病例组497例(87.8%),对照组69例(12.2%)。②病例组及对照组血脂水平[LDL-C(2.85±0.78)mmo/L比(2.63±0.64)mmo/L,P<0.01;TC(4.63±0.93)mmo/L比(4.46±0.81)mmo/L,P>0.05;TG(1.98±1.35)mmo/L比(1.63±0.96)mmo/L,P<0.01;HDL-C(1.29±0.30)mmo/L比(1.38±0.35)mmo/L,P<0.03]。结论本研究人群的血脂基线相对较低,本研究的实验结果对于中国人群降脂幅度、力度及目标值有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the serum lipid baseline in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods The patients undergone coronary angiography between May 2012 and July 2014 in the XuanWu Hospital were divided into the case group and the control group according to the results of coronary angiography.All the patients’s dates of serum lipid were collected including low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and other cardiovascular risk factors;and the difference between the two groups and also the differences between Europeans and Asians were compared.Results(1)A total of 566 patients were qualified for case group 497 patients(87.8%)and control group 69 patients(12.2%).(2)The level of serum lipid in case group and control group were[LDL-C(2.85±0.78)mmo/L vs.(2.63±0.64)mmo/L,P<0.01;TC(4.63±0.93)mmo/L vs.(4.46±0.81)mmo/L,P>0.05;TG(1.98±1.35)mmo/L vs.(1.63±0.96)mmo/L,P<0.01 and HDL-C(1.29±0.30)mmo/L vs.(1.38±0.35)mmo/L,P<0.03],respectively.Conclusion This study population has a relatively lower level of serum lipid baseline.The results of this study have some reference value in the intensity and target of Lipid-lowering therapy for the Chinese population.
